During the hiring and onboarding process we actively encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, seeking the best people in our community to work with us. We also use a consistent framework to assess applicants against to ensure a fair process.

Internally, we raise awareness of matters related to DEI such as unconscious bias and have clear and robust people policies that promote transparency, fairness and equity across all areas of the company. In addition we encourage open feedback, discussions, and cross team collaboration, so that everyones' voices are heard.
